Delete your account and data.
You are in control of your data. You can permanently delete your Hady account at any time, in two ways.
From inside the app
Recommended- 1Open the Hady app and make sure you are signed in.
- 2Go to Profile, then Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account.
- 4Confirm. Your account and learning data are permanently removed.
By email
If you cannot access the app, email a deletion request from the address on your account to hello@gethady.com. We will verify the request and delete your account and data from our systems.
What gets deleted: your account, your learning progress and vocabulary, and any voice recordings or handwriting images tied to your account. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Records we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons are held only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
